The Position

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will process invoices, respond to inquiries, and create new suppliers. Additionally, you will multi-task and work as part of a team committed to getting the job done accurately and on time.

The Responsibilities

· Match, batch, code and enter invoices from Business Partners (Vendors)

· Enter, post and reconcile batches

· Research and resolve accounts payable or accounts receivable issues with customers and vendors

· Update and reconcile sub-ledger to the general ledger

· Maintain cash application and account reconciliations

· Maintain good Business Partner (Vendor) relationships

The Qualifications

· Associates degree preferred

· Completed High School diploma or GED required

· 5 years of related accounts payable experience

· Experience with a large-scale ERP system

· Exposure to large companies and multiple locations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $39,520.00 per year
